Golf Dinner 2.0 - Gotland Golf Week

The Golf Dinner is being updated to version 2.0

Starting in 2026, we will begin the competition with a group dinner and kickoff event at the beautiful Wisby Strand, located right by the sea in Visby. The reason for this is that 50% of the participants head home on Thursday evening and are unable to attend. Now we’re turning that around and making sure you can have a kickoff event on Sunday.

We’re bringing together players and friends to set the tone for a fantastic week filled with golf, camaraderie, and new experiences. Bill will be providing the music this evening, and we’ll also be presenting next year’s Golfa Runt Gotland. Not only will it be moved to the last week of May, but it will also feature a completely new format.

Tonight’s schedule, Sunday, May 3
6:30 p.m. – Doors open, mingling at the bar
7:00 p.m. – Appetizer
7:30 p.m. – Main course
8:00 p.m. – Coffee & cake

Awards Ceremony on the Tracks

This means that we’ll hold the awards ceremony on each course on the final day after the competition has ended. This year, in addition to our main partner Sunbirdie, we’re offering travel prizes worth 75,000 SEK. These prizes are for all the winners in the various classes (1st place). Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each class, and the remaining prizes will be raffled off among all participants who remain on the course after the competition concludes on the final day. The total value of the prize pool is approximately 170,000.
